Over the past 20 years I've had the privilege of coaching thousands of athletes — from 5-year-olds just figuring out how to move, to 75-year-olds refusing to slow down. From national champion collegiate athletes to CrossFit Games podium finishers. The common thread? Every single one of them needed someone who actually listened.
I'm a recognized international speaker on topics that matter: nutrition, injury prevention and recovery, youth athletics, and strength and conditioning. I've also put those ideas in writing as a published author. But more than any credential, what drives me is a genuine obsession with learning — and using what I learn to help people move better, feel better, and live longer.
I've had the injuries. Done the surgeries. Tried every diet, every supplement, every training methodology out there. I'm not standing above you telling you what to do — I've been in the trenches with you. I just happen to also carry the clinical knowledge to cut through the noise and give you answers that actually hold up.
I started this platform because the traditional system doesn't leave room to truly help people. No rushed appointments, no vague recommendations — just straight talk, real science, and a genuine commitment to your health and athletic excellence.
